John’s oldest daughter, Riley was born and raised in Olympia, Washington. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of San Diego and was an active member of many social and volunteer groups in her community.

She served as our Office Manager in 2021, contributing her attention to detail and vibrant personality to the organization and our clients. Since venturing off to Texas to work in sales and sales management, Riley has returned to John R. Morton CPA to serve as our new Practice Director, assisting in day-to-day operations of our firm, optimizing internal processes, and enhancing our client experience.

Outside of work, Riley enjoys spending time with her sister Haley, reading, listening to live music, Pilates, and traveling with family.
