- About John Morton
John, a familiar face within the Olympia community, has called Washington his home for the majority of his life. His journey in public accounting began back in 1996, a year that marked not only the start of his career but also the foundation of his deep-seated passion for accounting expertise.
As his experience and insights grew over the years, he established his own accounting firm in March of 2000, a move that showcased not only his professional acumen but also his entrepreneurial drive.
An individual committed to continuous growth and professional excellence, John is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and both the Washington and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
In recognition of his exceptional contributions to the business landscape, John’s efforts were acknowledged in 2005 when he was honored with the prestigious Washington Business Examiner’s 40 Under 40 Award.
Beyond his professional achievements, John’s impact extends into the heart of his community. Serving as the President of the Tumwater Downtown Association for 15+ years, he continues to shape the local landscape by fostering growth and collaboration among local businesses.
John and his beautiful wife, Holly, have been married for 29 years and have two wonderful daughters, Riley and Haley. After living in Washington for most of his life, John moved to north Texas in 2021 and has been continuing our mission and serving our clients from the Lonestar state ever since. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, college football, and spending time with his family.
